Buenos Aires | Colonia del Sacramento | Montevideo

Day Routing
01 Buenos Aires

Arrival in the city of Tango and transfer to the hotel. City exploration through the Southern area of Buenos Aires, driving along the 9 de Julio Avenue, the famous Avenida de Mayo, surrounded by the Casa Rosada, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Cabildo. Continue to the neighborhoods San Telmo and La Boca, the most colorful area. Afterwards, guided tour (SIC) inside the imposing architecture masterpiece Teatro Colon (Opera House).

02 Buenos Aires

Today visit the North Area of the city, enjoying a guided tour to La Recoleta, one of the city's most glamorous spots. Drive to the district of Palermo with its beautiful parks and artificial lakes. Guests will also see one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires Palermo Soho & Palermo Hollywood. Visit of the Evita Museum, devoted to disclosing the life, work and set of beliefs and values of María Eva Duarte de Perón. Optional: Visit of Palacio Barolo & Dante Alighieri by night (only available on Saturdays) inclusive wine tasting.

03 Buenos Aires

Walking tour, looking upwards Buenos Aires’ domes at San Martin Square and the pedestrian zone Calle Florida. In the afternoon architecture tour (SIC) to see the many different styles of architecture on impressive buildings like Palacio San Martin, Circulo Naval and the shopping Galerias Pacifico. At Viejo Almacen guests will enjoy dinner together with an amazing Tango show (SIC).

04 Buenos Aires - Colonia del Sacramento

Transfer to the pier to take the hydrofoil to Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay (SIC). Upon arrival, city tour to  discover the mix of Portuguese and Spanish colonial architecture in Colonia.

05 Colonia del Sacramento - Montevideo

Public bus ride to Montevideo (SIC). Upon arrival, discover the Uruguayan capital during a city tour: start off in the historic center and visit the Plaza Independencia with the impressive Palacio Salvo. Afterwards, visit the museum Torres Garcia and the famous Solis Theatre.

06 Montevideo

Morning at leisure before guests depart for a day trip to Punta del Este. Scenic drive through the most fashionable and impressive neighborhoods and the residential areas Cantegril, San Rafael, Parque Golf and La Barra de Maldonado. Your guests will get lost into art at Ralli Museum of Contemporary Art. Past Punta’s “natural wonders”, its beaches, they will reach the Casapueblo, the home and atelier of the Uruguayan artist Carlos Páez Vilaró. The dazzling white complex is situated on a rocky bluff overlooking the ocean. Afterwards, transfer back to the hotel in Montevideo.

07 Montevideo

Transfer to the airport and homebound flight.
